Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the drafting and execution of Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA).
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of sales documentation.
  • Monitor and update sales activities within the CRM system.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling and report preparation.
  • Guarantee precise and timely data entry into the CRM system.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of sales reports and presentations.
  • Collaborate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
  • Address customer inquiries and deliver exceptional service.
  • Maintain an orderly filing system for sales and administrative records.
  • Help organize and manage corporate events and meetings.

Qualifications:
