As an HR Recruitment Officer at MICRO LINE REAL ESTATE L.L.C, you will play a critical role in shaping our company culture and ensuring that our employees are equipped to excel in their roles. About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and development of our organization. As an HR Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for leading and managing the recruitment process for Real Estate agents, developing effective recruiting strategies, screening resumes and conducting interviews, providing guidance on compensation and employee relations matters, and ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  2. Candidate Sourcing: Source and identify high-quality candidates for vacant positions.
  3. Interviews and Assessments: Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications.
  4. Employee Onboarding: Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field, minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an HR Specialist in the Real Estate industry, solid understanding of HR practices and procedures, particularly in recruitment and employee relations, strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations pertaining to employment practices.
