Main Responsibilities:- Supporting the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews and negotiating pay and salary rates.
- Finalizing job offers, conducting reference checks, and coordinating employment visas and clearance documents.
- Managing engagement and training initiatives, including providing new employees with induction and orientation.
The HR & Admin Officer will work closely with the HR & Admin Manager to ensure that managers and employees are appropriately trained in administering the performance management process, including goal setting, coaching, feedback, and performance appraisals.
Routine HR administration tasks will include ensuring timely communication of HR policies and procedures to employees and managers, advising on HR-related matters, and conducting other routine activities such as managing petty cash and updating employee lists.
