Role Overview:
This role involves supporting our Human Resources department in various administrative tasks, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with UAE labor laws. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating employee records, processing new hires, handling attendance tracking, and addressing employee inquiries.
Responsibilities:
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Assisting in recruitment processes, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Maintaining and updating employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
- Processing new hires, onboarding, and exit formalities.
- Handling attendance tracking, leave applications, and payroll support.
- Preparing HR reports and documentation.
- Supporting employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
- Ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Addressing employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and proven experience as an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or similar role. Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent organizational and multitasking skills are also essential.
