We're currently searching for a seasoned Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead our rail projects in the GCC region, bringing your extensive experience in cost control, estimation, and risk management to the table. This challenging yet rewarding role offers numerous opportunities to make a lasting impact.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Strategy Development:
    • Create and implement cost-effective strategies to achieve project goals;
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and budgets;
    • Provide actionable insights to support informed decision-making.
  • Cost Planning and Risk Management:
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive cost plans and estimates using established methodologies;
    • Identify and assess risks associated with project costs, recommending mitigation strategies;
    • Work closely with project teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare regular financial reports to track project performance;
    • Analyze variances and provide recommendations for improvement;
    • Ensure accurate and timely submission of payment certificates and interim valuations.

To excel in this position, you'll need a solid foundation in Quantity Surveying, substantial experience in the field, and relevant qualifications like MRICS or APC.
