We are seeking an Infrastructure Development Specialist to join our Regional Transport Advisory & Planning Team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing infrastructure projects, analyzing data, and providing expert advice on transportation planning and modeling.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing infrastructure projects using platforms such as PTV Vision (VISUM), Citilabs (Cube Voyager), EMME, etc.
  • Analyzing data to inform decision-making and improve transportation systems.
  • Providing expert advice on transportation planning and modeling to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum degree in planning or transportation with over 10 years of relevant postgraduate professional experience.
  • Approved as an RTA Dubai Level 3 Traffic Impact Study (TIS) Transport Modeller with experience in using the Dubai Strategic Transport Model.
  • A deep understanding of transport model development, modeling principles, transportation planning, public transport, transit-oriented development, and urban planning policies.
