Job Title: Female Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Female Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Reap HR Consultancy in Dubai. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for managing a team of housekeeping staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
  • Schedule shifts and assignments for the team to ensure adequate coverage and efficient workflow.
  • Provide training and guidance to new employees to ensure they adhere to company standards and procedures.
  • Establish and enforce company grooming standards to ensure a professional appearance at all times.
  • Conduct periodic checks to ensure compliance with grooming policies and address any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Client Relations:
  • Interact with clients to understand their needs and ensure their requirements are met.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Operational Efficiency:
  • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in working order.
  • Monitor inventory of supplies and place orders as needed to replenish stock.
  • Oversee the inventory of items, equipment, and supplies used.
  • Ensure items are organized, catalogued, and readily accessible.
  • Coordinate the procurement and maintenance of equipment.
  • Car Management:
  • Maintain the studio's cars.
  • Schedule regular maintenance and inspections of all vehicles to ensure safe and reliable operation.
  • Coordinate transportation logistics for assistants, assignments, including vehicle preparation and driver assignments.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Review assistants and drivers to ensure they meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Provide constructive feedback to staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Conduct periodic quality checks to uphold the company's reputation for excellence.
Requirements:
  • Proven housekeeping supervisor experience (minimum 13 years) in a supervisory role within a hospitality, customer service, or similar environment.
  • Cleaning and housekeeping skills.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Problem-solving skills to address scheduling conflicts, equipment requests, and other operational issues efficiently.
  • Ability to accommodate flexibility in day-off arrangements as per business needs, willing to work on weekends & holidays.

  • Housekeeping Supervising: 1 year (Required)

Knowledge about leadership, supervisory experience, and knowledge of housekeeping, cleaning, knowledge about cosmetics and products related to beauty. Fluent in English
