  • Design and Quality Control: Design and analyze the quality control of ground improvement works.
  • Investigation and Evaluation: Analyze and evaluate pre- and post-improvement testing, CPTU, zone load testing, boreholes, etc.
  • Design Drawings and Specifications: Develop design drawings and specifications for construction projects.
  • Investigation and Planning: Plan and conduct geotechnical investigations effectively.
  • Site Investigation and Supervision: Design and supervise site and ground investigations.
  • Soil Parameters and Dredging: Analyze soil parameters and provide input to dredging production estimators.
  • Design Review and Verification: Review geotechnical design developed by third-party consultants.
  • Client and Team Interaction: Interact with clients, sub-contractors, and team members to complete assigned projects on-time.
  • Design Proposal Review: Review construction design proposals and verify geotechnical aspects.
  • QA/QC and Standards: Ensure correct design approach as per QA/QC procedure and standards.
  • Operational Requirements: Identify hazards, obtain information from the HSE Department, make recommendations, investigate incidents, and more.

This is a generalist view of the job, and you may be asked to perform above/beyond the scope of this role due to operational requirements.
