- Reporting: Compile and present a detailed summary of the ageing report, essential for various stakeholders within the Accounting and Control Division to facilitate the preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Support for Sales and Management: Provide critical information to the Sales Team and Heads of Departments, enabling them to effectively manage customer relationships.
- Account Reconciliation: Ensure that all transfers to the City Ledger align with the Income Audit, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger control accounts.
- Accuracy Assurance: Verify the precision of all charges and credits applied to individual accounts, ensuring that group billings are complete and compliant with contractual agreements.
- Adjustment Preparation: Prepare City Ledger Adjustments with the necessary supporting documentation and submit them to the Financial Controller for review and approval prior to posting by the Front Office Duty Manager.
