Position Overview

The Regional Account Manager at Precision Hire Solution will be responsible for proactively establishing new client relationships and expanding existing territories. This role requires close collaboration with our Technical Channel Partners and Marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns aimed at fostering trust with customers and their senior representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential prospects and current clients to enhance the adoption of Precision Hire Solution technologies and services.
  • Drive market share growth within the designated territory by setting objectives for accounts and formulating market strategies for each product and service.
  • Leverage knowledge of the assigned territory to connect with senior IT leaders, such as CIOs and CISOs, to create and expand business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, including PreSales, Marketing, and Sales leadership, to present the right value propositions to Channel CEOs and their associated sales and technical teams.
  • Achieve quarterly revenue goals aligned with business unit objectives.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with our ecosystem of alliances and technology partners.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks and platforms will be advantageous.
  • Maintain comprehensive account information in Salesforce to support opportunity management, accurate revenue forecasting, and strategic account planning.
  • Communicate essential information to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Build and sustain client relationships by understanding their business needs and requirements.
  • Consult with customers on cybersecurity initiatives and ensure ongoing engagement from initial demonstrations through to post-implementation support.
  • Lead and participate in client meetings and account review sessions to discuss service performance, customer experience, and potential future opportunities.
Secondary Responsibilities
  • Experience with both end customer environments and channel sales.
  • Demonstrate the ability to sell value to CIOs in complex customer scenarios.
  • Proven experience in account management within the commercial sector.
  • Stay informed about competitive landscape, emerging cybersecurity technologies, and relevant regulations affecting target markets.
  • Possess a growth-oriented mindset and thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Work effectively across various functions to ensure customer success at all levels.
  • Build strong relationships with senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Excel in presenting business value propositions and the benefits of complex technologies in an accessible manner.
Experience Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant sales experience, preferably within the security industry.
  • Account management certifications are highly regarded.
  • Sales-based and security certifications are a plus.
