La Marzocco S.r.l. is seeking a Regional Sales Growth Specialist to join our team in the UAE office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and be able to contribute to the growth of our brand and the development of new markets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and expand our presence in the Middle East market.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and expand our presence in the Middle East market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales in the region
  • Flexibility to travel 50% of the time and driving license
  • A very good level of written and spoken English required
  • Proficient in Arabic
  • Previous experience in coffee industries or F&B industries and interest in specialty coffee
  • Knowledge of budgeting tools and sales planning
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Proactive and time-oriented with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Someone who can think innovatively.
  • Be personable and a strong communicator with great written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-Motivated.
