Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and manage new property listings across various platforms.
  • Network with building or community security to build rapport to source new listings.
  • Assist company director to fix meetings.
  • Conduct campaigns to generate leads and facilitate property viewings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in marketing efforts, including online property listings.
  • Provide clients with detailed information about properties and guide them through the buying or renting process.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the real estate industry.

Required Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in the UAE real estate market.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, or Russian is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients over the phone.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and online property listing platforms.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market, including property laws, market trends, and pricing strategies.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.
