The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience in company formation with offshore jurisdictions, handling a large portfolio of entities. They must also possess strong administrative skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage a portfolio of entities across various special purpose vehicles;
  • Assist with client onboarding and KYC requests;
  • Prepare corporate documents and transaction documents;
  • Maintain transaction documents in Filesite;
  • Input transaction data into relevant systems;
  • Organize client files and correspondence;
  • Prepare transaction charts and assist with compliance approvals;
  • Support invoicing and receivable collections;
  • Monitor compliance certificates;
  • Assist with checklists and file setup/closure.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate must hold a minimum of an Associate degree and have at least four years of relevant experience. They must also possess strong administrative skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

A professional with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently is required.
