Client Relationship Officer Secretary

*Key Responsibilities:*
**Client Relations**:*
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships.
2. Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
3. Manage and update client databases and ensure accurate documentation of interactions.
4. Coordinate and oversee client onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience.
5. Gather client feedback to inform service improvements and business strategies.
**Secretary Duties**:*
1. Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
2. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
3. Maintain office records, filing systems, and handle confidential information with discretion.
5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and task management.
*Required Skills and Qualifications:*
- *Educational Background:* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
- *Experience:*
- Minimum of 2-3 years in client relations, customer service, or a similar role.
- Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
- *Technical Skills:*
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- *Soft Skills:*
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Visa Status: Visit Visa, Cancelled Visa (Should be Valid),Employment Visa with at least 1 month notice
Location: In Dubai, UAE, can come for Face to Face Interview in Dubai
**Salary**: 3500-5000 AED Full Package
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
