**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage calendars and schedules for HR managers.
- Assist in the coordination of HR-related meetings and events.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases.
- Respond promptly to internal and external HR inquiries.
- Collaborate with other departments on HR-related initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma or equivalent; an Associate degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in a secretarial or administrative role or a similar capacity, preferably within an HR department for minimum 3 years.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and HR Software.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Discretion and professionalism in managing sensitive information.
