Having atleast 3 years continuous experience as office assistant, admin assistant or secretary is preferred.

Mainly assist GM Secretary for downloading, scanning, printing, copying, filing and proofreading of contracts and other confidential documents.

Assist GM Secretary for analyzing inquiries, preparing draft and finalizing quotations for the Client.

Knowledge and familiarity with accessing government eprocurement portal and working out RFQs, tendering and contracts is highly preferred.

Assist in travel/meeting arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.

Good knowledge in Foxit PDF/PDF Editor.

Good Attention to detail specially technical specifications and able to read layouts/drawings.

Well mannered and composed while handling pressure.

Preferably female.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
