Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate with government entities to obtain and renew necessary licenses.
- Manage bookings and communicate with clients before arrival and after departure to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain apartments to meet quality and safety standards.
- Liaise with maintenance and cleaning teams to address apartment needs when required.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in property management or hospitality, preferably in vacation rentals.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with local licensing requirements and standards in the vacation rental industry.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Guesty or Hostaway.
