A well-established Car Rental company is looking for a Rental Agent with the following job description:
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Administration or related is preferred
- **ONLY WITH RENT-A-CAR EXPERIENCE CAN APPLY**:

- Relative experience in back office support and operations, or any related function
- With a minimum 3-5 years experience as Rental Agent and logistic functions
- Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with office technology and equipment, including printers, copiers, scanners, and computers
- Professional appearance and courteous manner

**Duties**:

- Coordinating with the client for routine service.
- Request service appointment to Workshop (Dubai, Abu Dhabi).
- Arranging drivers for replacement like Accident/ Service or breakdown.
- Coordinating to outside source for any breakdown vehicles.
- Responsible for monitoring, managing drivers schedule work and checks overtime
- Managing and arranging car replacement for lease cars that is scheduled for maintenance.
- Instructs the drivers the proper replacement and check in and check out the vehicle.
- Entering details in Speed system after the completion of service / changing tires /Parts of the vehicle.
- Responsible for entering Workshop movement/NRT/NRM.
- Arranging Accident repair and collecting necessary documents from the client like Police Report, DL EID and submit to Workshop for repair & claim.
- Doing replacements in Speed system and filing
- Handling customer calls regarding the servicing, breakdowns, and complaints of their vehicles.
- Ensures that all vehicles are in good condition and properly maintained for delivery and replacement purposes.
- Perform any work related to the job required by the management

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
