**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Implement Growth Strategies**:

- Design and execute business development strategies that target banks, financial institutions, and real estate developers to grow the company's client base and revenue
- **Client Acquisition and Relationship Management**:

- Leverage existing relationships and establish new connections within the banking and real estate sectors to secure valuation contracts and partnerships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, maintaining and strengthening relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and client needs.
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends to ensure the company's offerings remain competitive.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**:

- Work closely with the valuation, marketing, and legal teams to ensure client requirements are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide feedback and insights to the leadership team on market trends and client needs to shape service offerings.
- **Presentations and Proposals**:

- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients and partners.
- Negotiate contracts, ensuring that the terms are beneficial to both the company and the client.
- **Sales and Revenue Targets**:

- Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets set by the management.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients to ensure consistent business growth.
- **Networking and Industry Events**:

- Represent the company at relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase visibility and business prospects.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Relationship Manager in the real estate valuation industry or a related field.
- Strong professional network within the UAE’s banking industry and among real estate developers.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate valuation process, industry standards, and regulations.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services related to property and asset valuations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

**Preferred**:

- Experience working with both commercial and residential real estate developers.
- Knowledge of local and regional real estate markets and trends in the UAE.
