**Job Purpose**: The main purpose of this position is to ensure all Blue-collar manpower request orders are recorded, managed, collaborating with other departments to align manpower needs with overall business objectives. Ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet operational demands based on the requirement form each section. Monitoring and optimizing labor utilization to improve efficiency and reduce cost. The role therefore contributes directly to customer service and to ensure the achievement of the organizational objectives.
**Core Duties and Responsibilities**:
**1. Staffing Blue collar employees.**
- Selecting and hiring blue colour temp staff for various categories in different sections based on their routine requirement.
- Creating Work schedules that meet production demands and requirement.
- Monitoring employee’s performance, providing feedback and addressing the performance issues.
- Ensuring compliance with the safety regulations, protocols and promoting a culture of safety among workers.
**2. Biometric Management**:
- Temp staff arrangement from various suppliers based on the requirement from the sections.
- Biometric Registration for the new staff (Blue collar).
- Processing the attendance management and generating time sheet.
- Sharing the attendance summary of each staff with various suppliers based on the biometric utilization.
- Co-ordinating with section to provide initial training to ensure workers are equipped with the necessary skills for their job requirement.
**3. Time sheet**:
- Preparing Time sheet for the entire temp staff on the template provided and sharing with each section for their confirmation, authentication with management and HR.
- Finalizing deployed manpower cost and utilization summary to each section for raising PR.
- Internal badge request based on daily requirement to be sent to Pass section and the report to be maintained.
**4. Report**:Prepare monthly manpower report, Monthly utilized summary, Monthly badge details, Monthly PR details, Monthly Biometric registration details supplier-wise report, etc
**5. Non-maintenance InforEM workorder**:
- Internal WO creation upon request for a job after obtaining the correct charge code, also the PPE to be ordered with the supplier as and when the request arises, follow up with supplier get the order delivered and distribute to the concerned sections.
**6. Assisting to Receiving Section**: Receiving the materials from various sections by checking the material based on the PO quantity and delivery note and is to be signed after the authorization from the section head.
The stamping on the delivery note shall be done only after the signature from the concerned line manager or the authorized personnel. If there is any variations, same to be intimated immediately to the section for their further actions.
**7. Internal Audit**:
Adhere IA regulations and guidelines as per the procedures.
8. Assisting for the supply of PPE inventory
9. Other duties as needed or required and deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment.

**Minimum Qualifications/Education/Experience/Training/Knowledge**:
Higher Secondary school Certificate or equivalent qualification.
Good communication skill.
Expert in MS Excel
Valid UAE driving License
- preferable
Minimum 2 years’ relevant supervisory experience in manpower management. Proficient in the use of Oracle, Microsoft Office system and in particularly Exposure in Advanced Excel.
People management and interpersonal skills, Excellent planning, Ability to take initiate and ensure compliance with, company policies & procedures and numerical ability.
