**Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily office operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Handle all documentation, including the filing of records, reports, and correspondence.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings.
- Provide administrative support to the management team, assisting with project documentation and reporting.
- Perform basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and financial documentation.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of company records.
- Communicate effectively in both Arabic and English.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in waterproofing, paints coating, or a related industry.
- Basic experience in accounting, including invoicing and financial documentation.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
