**Role and Responsibilities**
- Ensure all training devices are ready for training as per schedule and released for training in strict compliance with stipulated quality guidelines. Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance are performed as planned and discrepancies are prioritized and corrected in a timely manner as defined in the GFTOM.
- Track quality matrix and initiate action plans for any observed trend reversals. Track recurring and potential system problems and confer with technical experts and colleagues to formulate working plans to alleviate problems.
- Assist in recruiting/hiring and developing staff to fulfill accountabilities and to deliver professional services. Provide leadership, guidance and direction to assure that equipment reliability remains at its peak performance in support of internal and external clients and certifying authorities.
- Plan and coordinate daily activities and work assignments along with future projects in order to minimize customer impact. Coordinate and roster engineers to ensure sufficient manpower is available at all the time to provide smooth operation.
- Coordinate with shift leaders/specialists to prepare and conduct annual authority recurrent Evaluations and any scheduled initial Evaluations. Prepare authority Eval update reports and coordinate with Technical Manager for promptly forwarding to concerned inspectors on a timely manner. Work closely with customer services and training delivery teams to ensure best customer service and training experience.
- Consciously create a workplace culture that is consistent with the overall organizational culture that emphasizes the mission, vision, guiding principles and values of the organization. Paramount importance to Health and Safety of the workforce. Foster a spirit of teamwork and unity among team members.
- Coordinate with the team to obtain parts and assistance to support operations in a timely manner. Encourage innovation and cost saving without compromising on quality deliverables.
- Ensure engineers/techs are trained on regular basis on various hardware/software systems and their qualification records are maintained.
- Accountable for tracking and implementing any change management process (CMP) initiated by Training program lead.
