Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a specialization in the real estate industry and a proven track record in lead generation.

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and support the overall growth objectives of our real estate company.

This role requires a strong understanding of real estate marketing trends, consumer behavior, and the ability to create innovative campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Lead Generation Strategy:
2. Brand Development:

- Drive brand awareness and recognition by creating and implementing marketing campaigns that effectively position our real estate brand in the marketplace. Develop a consistent brand message across all marketing channels.

3. Market Research:

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, target audience segments, and emerging trends in the real estate industry. Stay up to date with industry news, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform marketing strategies.

4. Content Marketing:

- Oversee the creation of engaging and informative content, including blog posts, articles, videos, and social media posts, to attract and nurture leads. Collaborate with the content team to ensure content is optimized for lead generation and SEO purposes.

- Implement and optimize customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track and manage leads effectively. Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment between marketing and sales efforts.

7. Analytics and Reporting:

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Provide regular reports and insights to the management team, highlighting areas of success and areas for improvement.

8. Budget Management:

- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently to maximize ROI. Evaluate and negotiate contracts with external vendors and agencies, as needed.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry within the market.
- Proven experience in lead generation strategies and implementation, with a track record of driving significant results specifically in the real estate market.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate marketing trends, consumer behavior, and industry best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Proficient in using marketing automation and CRM platforms
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is a plus).

Note: It's important to hold experience within the Dubai real estate market to ensure a deep understanding of the local market dynamics, regulations, consumer preferences, and effective marketing strategies.

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
