We are looking out for a Digital Marketing Professional with just the right skills and experience to join our team.

Industry: Real Estate

Location: Business Bay - Dubai

The role will include running our Marketing Department, social media, Web Developing, Digital Marketing Campaigns, Story creation, content creation and Strategies. Our company website is constantly evolving to support the needs of our clients. The tasks will include display, social advertising, pre-roll, marketing automation, branding, content and concept writing, SEO and website management etc.
- Day to day hands on management of company's stories & products on Marketing platforms. Product presentation marketing strategy, pricing, and adjusting all these as often as needed
- Strong organization and time management skills, and ability to maintain a fluctuating workload and varied job tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop, monitor, write, edit, proofread and update product content contained on e-commerce websites/portals and Ad’s on social media.
- To work independently and promote at all times the brand image and market.
- Marketing manager, along with training departmental heads, is to plan for training new employees and continuing training in the form of refresher courses for the existing employees
- To generate and implement new initiatives to increase online sales and profitability
- Willingness to work support the 24x7 nature of Marketing.
- Flexible & adaptable to constantly changing methods and objectives.
- Handling a team of 8 members.

**(Key Performance Areas & Tasks)**
- Regularly coordinate with Marketing and Advertisement Agency.
- Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department.
- Implement marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts.
- Prepare marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and set objectives.
- Accurate communication to the market.
- Number of Advertisement campaigns.
- Successful brand recognition and improvement through brand surveys.
- Messaging alignment with company strategy.
- Accurately implementation for every characteristic of Company's Persona.
- Arranging and presence in Exhibition.
- Active engagement with stakeholders/Agencies.
- Brand development and improvement in the market.
- Accurate management and reporting of budgets.
- Marketing Material Inventory Record.
- Regularly updating calendars for marketing and advertisement campaigns, Plan and rganize promotional presentations.
- Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
- Prepare inventorying stock for marketing materials.
- Represent the company during public-facing events and initiatives.
- Place orders and verify receipt for marketing materials.
- Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses.
- Provide new property/event information relaying customer services requests.
- Researches competitive property by identifying and evaluating property characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising.
- Maintain research databases concerning “Marketing Trends”.
- Plan meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements.
- Establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, coordinating mailing lists.
- Suggest Marketing Promotional campaigns along with their pricing quotes.
- Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
- Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
- Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.).
- Organize exhibitions and promotional events.
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
- Maintain Company's Brand Personal.

**Experience**:

- At least 3-4 years’ demonstrable experience at management level in any Real Estate.
- Degree educated.
- Detailed knowledge of marketing best practice with strong knowledge and understanding of social media marketing.
- Experience of dealing with and managing key stakeholder relations.
- Experience of developing an online and digital strategy.
- Appreciation of international cultures/foreign language
- Anticipation of market trends and proactive market involvement

**Salary**: From AED12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
