Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Strategy Development**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the real estate market.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure objectives are met, including lead generation, engagement, and conversion rates.
- **Content Creation and Management**:

- Collaborate with the content team to ensure content is optimized for SEO and aligned with brand messaging.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Develop and manage social media strategies to increase brand presence and engagement on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Monitor social media channels and engage with followers to build a community and enhance customer relationships.
- **Website Management**:

- Maintain and update the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines.
- Use analytics tools to monitor website performance and implement improvements as needed.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- **Lead Generation and Nurturing**:

- Implement marketing automation tools to streamline lead nurturing processes.
- **Collaboration and Team Management**:

- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and ensure a cohesive approach to lead generation and conversion.
- Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in the real estate industry.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketing automation software.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with real estate CRM systems and property management software.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and consumer behavior.
- Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Digital Marketing: 5 years (preferred)
- Real Estate: 3 years (preferred)
