**Job Summary**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging and high-quality content that resonates with the target audience.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and improve ROI.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and make informed decisions.
- Manage the company's online reputation by responding to customer reviews and feedback on various platforms.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with sales goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify potential target audiences and develop tailored marketing campaigns to reach them.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with media partners, influencers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on key metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Creative thinker with a track record of developing innovative and effective marketing campaigns.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and regulatory environment is a plus.

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 per month
