**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Management**:

- Develop and implement operational strategies to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and optimize resource utilization within the interior design firm.
- Oversee project management activities, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Coordinate with internal departments, external vendors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of projects and adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- **Business Development**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and client acquisition initiatives to expand the firm's client base and market presence.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trends analysis to identify business growth opportunities and develop targeted business development strategies.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, architects, designers, contractors, and industry stakeholders to generate leads, secure projects, and drive revenue growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients, showcasing the firm's capabilities, portfolio, and value proposition.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, understand their needs, and proactively address any issues or concerns to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance, solutions, and recommendations to enhance their interior design projects and achieve their objectives.
- Collaborate with the design team to translate client requirements into innovative design concepts and solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
- **Strategic Planning and Execution**:

- Develop and execute strategic plans, business development initiatives, and operational objectives aligned with the firm's overall goals and growth targets.
- Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify market opportunities, mitigate risks, and adapt business strategies accordingly.
- Provide regular reports, analysis, and updates to senior management on business development activities, operational performance, financial metrics, and business growth initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Proven experience in operations management, business development, and client relationship management within the interior design or architecture industry.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical skills with the ability to identify market opportunities, drive revenue growth, and achieve business objectives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools, CRM software, and MS Office suite.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, team management skills, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
