**Position Overview**:
As a Sales Coordinator/Admin, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction. You’ll be the backbone of the sales process, handling everything from administrative tasks to coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team by preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations. Track sales leads and provide timely updates to the team.
- **Order Management**: Process sales orders, coordinate shipments, and ensure accurate invoicing and delivery schedules.
- **Customer Relations**: Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing professional and prompt responses. Resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate team member when necessary.
- **Data Management**: Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and sales data. Generate regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and customer activity.
- **Event Coordination**: Organize sales meetings, training sessions, and client presentations. Prepare materials and ensure seamless execution of events.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Manage schedules, handle correspondence, and maintain organized records of sales activities.
- **Cross-Department Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments such as logistics, finance, and marketing to streamline operations and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales coordination, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
