As a Sales Coordinator and Admin at ZENNER Middle East, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Sales, Technical, and Marketing teams by ensuring the smooth execution of projects and tasks. Your role is crucial in facilitating communication, managing logistics, and implementing agile project management methodologies to enhance our operational efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support and Project Coordination**: Serve as the primary liaison among Sales, Technical, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution. Coordinate with suppliers, logistic companies, and other relevant parties to oversee the ordering, supply, shipment, and handling of goods for import and delivery.
- **Agility Project Management**: Take the lead in implementing and utilizing agility projects, specifically the Kanban method. You will be responsible for ensuring all necessary tools and software are optimally used by all stakeholders, maintaining efficiency and effectiveness across projects.
- **Administration** **Responsibilities**: Perform a variety of administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail, including managing agendas, arranging travel and appointments for upper management, handling phone calls and correspondence, tracking office supplies, and placing orders as needed. Prepare timely reports and presentations/proposals as required and assist colleagues whenever necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in sales coordination, project management, or a similar role, preferably in a related industry.
- Competency in MS Office and project management software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies, particularly the Kanban method.
