Accountant - Collections

This position is a short term contract role with an initial duration of 4 months and is renewable based on performance.
You will be working for our client in Dubai - a leading semi government organization.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Maintaining the invoice processes and variance analysis
- Generating invoices and account statements
- Managing month end JVs
- Performing account reconciliations
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
- Producing monthly financial and management reports
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
- Maintaining the variance analysis
**Knowledge, skills & experience**:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting with focus on reconciliations.
- Should have experience in month end JVs
- Good understanding of credits and debits
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
