**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences, while effectively forecasting, planning, and managing Food & Beverage orders, staff, and finances
- Managing Food & Beverage operations within budget and to the highest operational standards
- Leading the Food & Beverage team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
- Improve operational management systems, process, and best practices
- Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
- Manage budgets and forecasts, creating strategies along with Marketing to increase the revenue, covers, and guest experience
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs on the line staff and managers
- Managing venue upkeep, maintaining cleanliness up to the highest standards, and identifying areas to invest to improve efficiency of day-to-day operations
