We're looking for two Business Development Officers to concentrate on both new business development, and nurturing client relationships in the health and wellbeing sector in Dubai, the USA & the UK; offering “corporate mindfulness programmes” to the office world.

Within this role, you will be expected to contact senior leaders in organisations to introduce Marisa Peer and liaise with potential customers around our products and services, such as;
- Offer group coaching/therapy sessions based around personal development on a recurring basis
- Present how RTT can boost performance, increase productivity and positively impact the working environment
- Marisa Peer I am Enough Programme as wellbeing support

Through contacting people who have expressed an interest in our services, you will generate opportunities and set appointments for demonstration of our services.

The role comes with immense autonomy and will benefit, and be most attractive to, people who've proven themselves in a similar role. We're looking for someone who wants to make a profound impact with the hundreds of thousands of people who can benefit from RTT methodology.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develops overall sales for new business prospects and for revenue growth. Activities include:

- Analysis of local market opportunity and market share
- Recommendation of strategies for all lines of business
- Implementation planning and execution
- Conducts research to gather competitive data and market trends
- Maintain a portfolio of accounts, and develop strong relationships with key meetings planners, decision makers and partners within the client account
- Be able to add to build a portfolio with new business opportunities and new account business
- Engage with RTT therapists and coaches to agree how office therapy and coaching could support the corporate world
- Ultimate responsibility for meeting assigned revenue and profitability targets
- Writes proposals, creates and presents winning client presentations
- Agree a programme of activities and packages that can best meet the needs of clients
- Coordinates closely with operations team and project services on delivery of local and national client projects.
- Provides regular updates to the team with regard to sales activity including client visits, first-in new business meetings, current client updates, ongoing account proposals, win/loss record with details, shopper rates, conversion and engagement rates, pipeline reports and progress toward quarterly and annual revenue and profitability targets.
