**JOB DESCRIPTION: JOB PURPOSE**

Manage the Strategic planning and execution process for Aldar Investment, to ensure alignment with Aldar Group Strategy
Provide strategic advisory support to Investment Senior Leadership

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Plan, develop, and align Aldar Investment Strategy, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a robust strategic plan
- Work with Aldar Investment Senior Leadership to set and clearly define the Objectives and cascade to departments
- Plan, develop, and present Aldar Investment Performance Management reports and benchmarking
- Track and report Aldar Investment overall and functional performance against Strategic Themes
- Work with Aldar Investment Senior Leadership to develop aligned functional priorities
- Identify areas and recommendations to close Aldar Investment performance gaps to the Strategy
- Support in the development and execution of the annual Strategy Engagement Plan
- Act as an internal advisor to foster a collaborative environment and provide strategic support to Aldar Investment Senior Leadership
- Assist Corporate & Support team to ensure Aldar Investment alignment with Aldar Investment Strategy and Group Strategy
- Validate AI Initiative assumptions; people, costs, time, and act as a source of information on cross-functional projects to manage conflicts and synergies
- Report on Programs & Initiatives to AI Senior Leadership in coordination with the EPMO
- Annually refresh the AI CEO, AI N-1 scorecards and subsidiaries scorecards
- Report quarterly and year-end on the AI and AI N-1 and subsidiaries scorecards performance results
- Ensure collaboration and knowledge sharing between AI departments
- Conduct the annual AI management offsite and manage its agenda items based on management directions
- Prepare the agenda and moderate the annual management off-site meeting to discuss growth plans and challenges for Aldar Investment business
- Deliver special projects assigned by Management Committee or head of strategy and transformation

**QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS**

**RELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE**
- Min of 8+ years in large RE company or multi-national (local, regional or international).

**FIELD OF EXPERIENCE**
- Preferred experience in Real Estate and Management Consulting
- Experience in strategic planning and performance management
- Experience in managing leadership and aligning them to achieving objectives

**TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS**
- Good track record in managing teams, stakeholders and clients
- Must possess the ability to take initiative, pro-actively look for solutions, work and manage projects within tight deadlines, and communicate to leadership any challenges/issues in a clear and timely fashion

**QUALIFICATION**
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, Finance or related field
- MBA preferred, or BSC certification.
