Growth Executive

**Key Responsibilities and Tasks**
- Achieve brands profit optimization by setting differentiated promotions and discount strategies for every brand and constantly monitoring and updating to reach the set targets of increasing orders and reducing losses.
- Monitor and analyze data which includes conversion rates and sales trends
- Work on menu engineering, menu optimization, branding, online ordering content (photos, descriptions, layout and pricing) and brand benchmarking to drive continuous growth.
- Present the month's marketing spend for current brands and new brands.
- Maintain a monthly CPC report to analyze the growth and performance of each brand.
- Conduct meetings with the kitchens working closely with them and maintaining a good relationship in order to create new brands from their kitchens according to market needs and trends.
- Working closely with Social Media team and taking actions accordingly
- Coordinate and collaborate with marketing, operations, and onboarding departments to activate campaigns, promotions in order to boost growth as well as monitoring ratings, reviews.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and our content management system (CMS), Knowledge of HTML and Adobe Acrobat.
