Marketing Manager

Our Client, a Leading Health Insurer in UAE is looking to hire a Marketing Manager to drive Business growth through the successful Implementation of their corporate Marketing strategy.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies to drive Business growth.
- Identify market trends & opportunities and develop marketing campaigns to capitalize on them.
- Conduct market research & analyze customer data to take informed marketing decisions.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure that campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop and manage relationships with external partners, such as advertising agencies and vendors.
- Work closely with product development teams to ensure that products are marketed effectively.
- Analyze campaign performance data and use insights to inform future marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals.
- Manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and continually look for ways to improve marketing effectiveness.
**Requirements**:
- Must have a commercial mindset (understands ROI, Cost and Conversion rates).
- Well versed in B2C, B2B and B2G Marketing.
- Experienced in Brand Management, Technical marketing and Customer Experience.
- Must be proficient in Product, Brand and Content marketing - should also have a thorough knowledge in Social Media marketing.
- Previous experience in managing agencies is essential.
- Ability to effectively manage a Team.
