**Responsibility**
- Requires 1-2 GCC years of logistics exp.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong customer service approach to dealing with people at all levels internal and external.
- Customer information entry in tracking system.
- Help manage current customer accounts.
- Deal with a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls.
- Maintain relationships and exceptional customer service with carriers and customers.
- Monitor and track vehicles running late and resolve the issue at the earliest.
- Provide shipment quotes for customers and set up shipments as required by customers.
- Excellent multitasking and knowledge of Database software; Internet software; Order processing systems; Spreadsheet software, and Word Processing software.

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
