**About the Role**:
Researchers.me is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving revenue, enhancing profitability, and fostering growth through the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be on expanding our market research services across the UAE, KSA, and the broader GCC/MENA region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Identify Business Opportunities**: Conduct thorough research to uncover new business opportunities, potential clients, and market trends that align with our service offerings.
- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across various industries and government sectors, particularly in the UAE and KSA.
- **Lead Generation and Qualification**: Develop a robust pipeline of leads, qualifying prospects to ensure alignment with our business goals.
- **Sales and Negotiation**: Engage with clients through both face-to-face meetings and phone interactions, effectively presenting our market research services and closing deals.
- **Pipeline Management**: Maintain and manage a comprehensive sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and progress tracking.
- **Sales Targets and Reporting**: Meet and exceed sales targets, regularly preparing sales forecasts and analysis reports for senior management.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the local marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies that drive business growth.
- **Project Coordination**: Coordinate with the project management team to ensure timely and successful project delivery, meeting client expectations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Background**: A university degree, preferably in business, marketing, or a related field.
- **Industry Experience**: A minimum of three years of proven experience in business development within the market research industry.
- **Networking Skills**: Extensive network across various industries and government sectors in the UAE and KSA.
- **Market Knowledge**: Strong understanding of market research practices, methodologies, and the GCC/MENA research market.
- **Survey Expertise**: Experience in creating clear, concise, and unbiased survey questions, with knowledge of various survey platforms and tools like Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, etc.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and nurture client relationships.
- **Team Collaboration**: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- **Sales Acumen**: Strong determination and initiative to pursue new business opportunities and exceed sales targets.
- **Communication**: Effective presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
