- **Key Responsibilities**:_

1. Maintain/Update Compliance Requirement Records:
The Purchase Administrator is responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies related to procurement. This includes keeping track of compliance requirements, updating records, and ensuring that all procurement activities adhere to the necessary guidelines.

2. Maintain Accurate Inventory Count Records:
Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date inventory count is essential for effective procurement management. The Purchase Administrator is responsible for recording and tracking inventory levels, coordinating with relevant departments, and ensuring proper stock management to avoid shortages or excesses.

3. Maintain Paperwork E-archive:
The Purchase Administrator is responsible for maintaining an organized and easily accessible archive of procurement-related paperwork. This includes purchase orders, invoices, contracts, and other relevant documents. Efficient record-keeping is essential for audits, supplier evaluations, and internal reporting.

4. Prepare Outbound Shipment Documents:
When goods need to be shipped to suppliers or customers, the Purchase Administrator prepares the necessary outbound shipment documents. This includes coordinating with logistics teams, ensuring accurate documentation, and complying with shipping regulations.

5. Prepare Purchase Orders:
The Purchase Administrator is responsible for generating and issuing purchase orders to suppliers. This involves liaising with various departments to gather purchase requirements, verifying pricing and availability, and preparing purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.

6. Maintain Purchase Records:
To ensure transparency and traceability, the Purchase Administrator maintains detailed records of all procurement transactions. This includes recording purchase orders, invoices, delivery receipts, and any other relevant documentation. Regularly updating and organizing these records is essential for financial tracking and supplier management.

7. National/International Sourcing:
