- Warmly greets guests, manages reception area, and offering snacks.
- Oversees team calendar, schedules meetings and appointments, and takes accurate minutes.
- Handles accounting, purchasing, HR tasks and other administrative duties with accuracy.
- Support the team before and during the exhibitions.
- Maintain clean, tidy and welcoming reception area, conference room and restroom.
- Thrives in a fast-paced work environments; adapts well to changing priorities and manage stress effectively.
**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
