Intern Executive Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Assist the MD with managing schedules, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Help prepare and organize correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- **Meeting and Event Coordination**:
- Aid in organizing internal and external meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and setting up necessary materials.
- Assist with planning and executing events and company functions, including managing invitations and logístical arrangements.
- **Project Assistance**:
- Provide support for various projects by conducting research, compiling data, and preparing status reports.
- Assist in tracking project progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
- **Confidentiality and Discretion**:
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Maintain discretion regarding all business and personal matters related to the MD.
- **Office Support**:
- Help manage office supplies and ensure that administrative resources are stocked and maintained.
- Support general office operations and coordinate with other administrative staff as needed.
- **Communication and Liaison**:
- Act as a point of contact between the MD and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Draft and proofread communication to ensure clarity and accuracy.
- **Learning and Development**:
- Engage in learning opportunities provided by the company, including attending meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Seek feedback and guidance from the MD and other team members to develop skills and knowledge.
**Qualifications**:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong interest in business administration and executive support functions.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Previous internship or work experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Basic understanding of project management principles.
- Familiarity with office management software or tools.
