Supplier Relation Coordinator

The Procurement Relation Coordinator will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and onboarding new suppliers to enhance our product offerings and ensure a robust supply chain. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of supplier relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify Potential Suppliers: Research and identify potential suppliers that align with the company’s product needs and quality standards.
Develop Supplier Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing suppliers to ensure long-term partnerships.
Negotiate Contracts: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers to secure favorable agreements for the company.
Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, supplier capabilities, and competitor activities.
Supplier Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new suppliers, ensuring they meet all regulatory and company-specific requirements.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with agreed terms and quality standards. Address any issues promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including procurement, logistics, and quality control, to ensure seamless integration of new suppliers.
Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on supplier acquisition progress and performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, supplier management, or a similar role.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
