**Position Title: SRM Coordinator**
- Job Description:
As a SRM Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing relationships with our suppliers to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain. Your role will involve monitoring supplier performance and implementing strategies to enhance collaboration and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities**:
1. Manage supplier relationships through regular communication and collaboration.
2. Assist in contract negotiation, review, and compliance.
3. Evaluate supplier performance and implement improvement initiatives.
4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment with supplier objectives.
5. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
6. Drive continuous improvement in supplier processes and practices.
7. Maintain accurate documents and generate reports.
8. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
Physical Demands:
In general, the following physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
1. During the working day the employee must frequently bend and stoop, climb stairs, reach above shoulder level, balance and pull and push, and drive.
2. During the working day the employee must occasionally lift between 1 to 10 lbs.
3. During the working day the employee must occasionally carry between 1 to 10 lbs.
4. The employee is required to use both hands for at least a portion of the day.
5. The employee is required to have typical visual and hearing capacity.
6. This position may require the use of smart phones and other mobile electronic devices to perform work functions. The employee’s use of company-issued devices or pre-authorized use of the employee’s personal device will comply with the agency’s Cell Phone Policy at all times.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in supplier management or supply chain coordination.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
4. Knowledge of contract management and supply chain principals.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
6. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
