- Professionally list units on local portals such as Bayut, Dubizzle, and more, ensuring all necessary documentation is handled meticulously.
- Regularly update and upgrade property listings on local portals, keeping them visually appealing and informative.
- Maintain and manage the daily rates, booking windows, availability, and calendars for each property.
- Take charge of document preparation and control to ensure accuracy and organization.
- Coordinate effectively with internal staff and external partners, including cleaning services, to facilitate seamless operations.
- Skillfully manage phone inquiries, provide information, and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with various parties.
- Prior experience in property management or hospitality administration is a plus.
