**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented International Business Development Consultant to join our staffing firm with a focus on the **Gulf region**. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building a strong client base, and driving revenue growth. Your success will be directly tied to your ability to expand our business in the Gulf region and secure new clients for our staffing solutions. **This is a remote-work from home opportunity**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Market Research and Targeting**:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industries in the Gulf region requiring staffing solutions.
- Develop a clear understanding of market trends, challenges, and opportunities to formulate effective business development strategies.

**Lead Generation and Outreach**:

- Identify and qualify prospective clients through online research, networking, industry events, and referrals.
- Initiate contact with key decision-makers and build relationships to introduce our staffing services.

**Client Engagement and Relationship Building**:

- Present our staffing solutions to potential clients, showcasing the value we can bring to their businesses.
- Understand client requirements and tailor our offerings to meet their specific staffing needs.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to build trust and address any inquiries.

**Proposal Development and Negotiation**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized staffing proposals that align with client needs.
- Lead negotiation processes, define terms, and address client concerns to secure agreements.

**Sales Target Achievement**:

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and business growth in the Gulf region.
- Manage and track sales activities, leads, and opportunities
- Continuously work towards exceeding sales quotas and performance metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of at least 2 years in international business development, sales, or client acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of the Gulf region's business landscape, industry sectors, and staffing needs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively convey value propositions.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven individual with a passion for achieving sales goals.
- Proficient in using sales software, and digital communication platforms.
- Flexibility for occasional travel within the Gulf region, if required.
- Multilingual skills and cultural sensitivity are advantageous.
