Off day-Sunday
Work Timmings-9:30 am-6:00 pm

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as an **Admin Secretary**, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
- High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred.
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Must have experience or knowledge about VAT FILLING
- Need to do some errands of CEO
- Answer and direct phone
- Organize and schedule
- Plan meetings and take detailed
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled
- Develop and maintain a filing
- Update and maintain office policies and
- Order office supplies and research new deals and
- Maintain contact
- Book travel
- Submit and reconcile expense
- Provide general support to
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external
- Monthly Payroll
- Paying Personal and Company Bills
**Salary**: AED3,000.00 per month
