Dubai, United Arab Emirates Country Home Real Estate Full time

Responsibilities:

- Preparing and following up on all sales-related paperwork (in conjunction with the appropriate agents) as necessary and ensuring that accurate and up-to-date information is available in CRM System. This will include data entry on the CRM System, invoicing & receipting (if needed), preparing contracts, etc.
- Submit required documents for each property to get Trakheesi Permit
- Monitoring inventory for sales, rentals, and renewals.
- Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date filing system ensuring that all relevant documentation is on file.
- Responsible for ordering stationery and other office supplies.
- Compose, edit and draft letters, addendum, and property-related contracts.
- Responsible for operating all the office equipment such as printers, and desktops.
- Well informed of all related online property advertisements and manage access of property finder (Property finder, Dubizzle, etc)
- Knowledgeable of all real estate-related forms (Forms A, B, and I, etc.)
- Coordinating the delivery and pick up of business-related documents (cheques etc)
- Follow-up on commission claims from developers.
- Process agent's commission claims with an accountant
- Agency registration with Developers.

Experience & Skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Working within strict deadlines
- Excellent in managing office administration
- Excellent in timely filing of all documentation
- Excellent English communication skills, smart and presentable
- Minimum 12 months of experience in real estate in the same role
- Can join immediately
