To ensure delivery of exceptional operational and commercial standards throughout all stores in the Area.
- To ensure compliance in all areas of operational activity and drive sales and profitability through the performance and development of Store Managers, whilst managing within agreed budgets.
- Managing the employees working in the stores by informing, instructing, monitoring and motivating them, by planning and taking decisions
- Implementing the superiors' guidelines on the procedures, the organisation and the merchandising; implementing the company guidelines.
- Situation handling and taking decision in coordination with the respective superior.
- Implementing at each store Visual Merchandising standards.

**Customer service**
- Conveying a positive attitude towards customers and attune to the typical features of active customer services
- Monitoring customer comments and grievance and complaints and redressal of the same.
- Supervise effective implementation of loyalty program and ensure smooth flow of info between store and marketing team.
- Clearly and consistently communicate to retail team on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues;
**People Management**
- Adhere to Standard operating Procedures in line with growth pace and needs of the organizations
- Conduct audits to maintain the effectiveness and efficiency to the standard procedures and protocol
- Liaison with HR dept. and constantly manage individual (store personnel) and work towards heightening the efficiency of each individual, frequently assesses the progress of individuals and the team in attaining goals and developing skills and prepare & monitor career progress and growth plans of sales staff.
- Dealing with staffing issues: interviewing potential staff; conducting appraisals and performance reviews; and providing or organizing training and development to the retail team.
- Works with the HR Dept. to offer timely training that meets the development needs of the Team and provide suggestions/ input for developing future training programs.
- Strive to maintain his/her level of sales and service standard at the store and Liaison with HR dept. to enhance individual and group skills through various exercises, tools and methods.

**Financial**
- Accurately track Daily, Weekly and monthly sales target for the Area.
- To standardize, monitor and manage operating costs of entire sales channel within pre-defined budgets.
- Analyzing results of operations to discover more efficient ways to maximize resource utilization. Innovate process & system solutions to ensure business efficiency, cost reduction and enhancing competitive advantage.
- Ensuring that all financial objectives are accomplished in accordance with the outlined priorities/ plan given.
- Accountable for timely stock accuracy, stock take and stock audits ensuring stock/ inventory accuracy at all times.
- Accountable for Store on store Sales reconciliation and cash management.
- Adhering to sales plan; breaking down to region, format, store, department, segment, product category levels.

**Marketing**
- To Liaison with Marketing & PR depts. And activate various promotions and marketing/ advertising from time to time
- To supervise monthly product collection inserts/ Flip and ensure smooth operations of store during entering and exiting from end of season sales.
- Ensuring the Visual Merchandise guidelines for each store are implemented and maintained.
- Ensuring that all promotions and campaigns assigned are implemented by respective store and effectively communicated to the customer.
- All customer & market intelligence feedback to be effectively collated and informed to the superiors. Keep active follow up and closing the loop on actionable issues.

**Administration**
- To control pilferage and conduct regular stock audits as per pre-defined frequency.
- Liaison with mall managements, premise owners etc. to achieve organizational objectives
- Align ones perspective to company retail vision, sales strategies, store formats, departmental structure, and overall revenue model.
- Touring the sales floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers, and identifying or resolving urgent issues;
- Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry and monitoring what competitors are doing.
- Setting and monitoring the Key Result Areas for the Store Managers in the store
- Keeping a check on the Visual merchandising, Store upkeep & hygiene standards in the store.
- Lead team of store managers and actualize companys sales plan through shared vision and perpetual support & guidance

**Operational**
- Managing and motivating store teams to increase sales and ensure efficiency
- Develop and manage formats and tools to analyze sales / stores performance
- Develop / improvise strategies to meet desired sales objectives, plug gap areas and improve efficiency of weaker personnel, non performing segments, product categories or product groups
