**Job Description**:
The key responsibilities within this role will be to manage and support the day-to-day digital activity and communication for the client. You will be expected to have the ability to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure.

**Main Tasks**:

- Develop a deep understanding of the business category & knowledge of the competitive frame and planning tools
- Strong understanding of the consumer trends that are changing the media landscape.
- Connect with internal specialists and external stakeholders units to design integrated solutions to our clients.
- To provide mid-level strategic recommendations and POV on media selection/rationales in addition to evaluating campaign performance.
- Master a flawless media execution process working alongside various stakeholders (client, performance teams, media partners.. etc)
- Negotiate with digital media vendors and provides a final recommendation to the client.
- Support the media team with the input from strategy, implementation, data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the other media team and creative partners to ensure creative specifications of negotiated plans are met.
- Maintain media spend summaries, monitor campaign pacing, track and report media optimizations against KPI’s.
- Keep up with the latest media trends & responsible for informing the media team and client of new opportunities.
- Strong up-to-date executional experience for search, social media, programmatic display, mobile marketing, tracking and tagging, behavioral marketing, retargeting.
- Master available digital media planning tools to develop digital media plans.
- Work closely with the performance marketing hub and serve as the secondary level of check for accuracy of work done.
- Experience with campaign activation and tracking across multiple tools (Campaign Framework, Integral Ad Science, Double Verify).
- Experience of monitoring, reporting and analyzing metrics data (Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Business Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, Google AdWords, Display & Video 360, The TradeDesk).
- On top of all invoice, billing and delivery issues, including media plan reconciliation and delivering against expected spends.
- Manage multiple deliveries and seamlessly transition among them.
- Develop and maintain client relationships while providing excellent client servicing.

**Qualifications**:
Ideally, we are looking for someone who has:

- Proven working experience of 5-7 years in media planning/digital marketing

- Strong communication skills (organized thoughts / clear & structured communication)
- Strong analytical skills; ability to relate results with clients’ objectives

- Strong presentation skills
- Should be well versed with the following tools:

- Google Ad Words, Ads manager, Google Analytics, The Trade Desk, Display & Video 360..
- Experience in brand safety tools
- Demonstrable experience in media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimizing media campaigns, analyzing media campaign exports and user funnels
- Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, etc.)
- Experience in optimizing display campaigns (know how to read media metrics and analyze its performance)
- Knowledge of in-platform activation is a plus (Meta, SA360, TTD, DV360 )
- Knowledge of offline media landscape is a plus (Radio, OOH/DOOH )
