**Summary**:
The Pet Care Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the pet care department, ensuring the well-being, safety, and happiness of all animals under our care. This role requires a deep understanding of animal behavior, strong leadership skills, and a passion for providing exceptional care to pets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Animal Care and Welfare:

- Supervise daily activities related to the care and well-being of all animals.
- Ensure proper feeding, grooming, and exercise routines are followed.
- Monitor and assess the health of each animal, coordinating veterinary care when necessary.
- Implement and enforce hygiene and cleanliness standards in animal living areas.

2.Team Leadership:

- Lead a team of pet care professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team members' knowledge of animal care best practices.
- Schedule and coordinate staff rotations to ensure adequate coverage and optimal care.

3.Safety and Compliance:

- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address potential hazards.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and updates related to pet care.

4.Record Keeping:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of each animal's health, behavior, and special requirements.
- Prepare reports on the overall well-being and status of animals for management review.

6.Enrichment and Activities:

- Develop and implement enrichment programs to enhance the mental and physical stimulation of animals.
- Organize and oversee recreational activities to ensure a positive and engaging environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a pet care and at a veterianiary clinic.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of animal behavior, health, and nutrition.
- Customer service-oriented with effective communication skills.
- Ability to handle and resolve conflicts or challenging situations.
- Certification in pet care or relevant field is a plus.

**Working Conditions**:
The Pet Care Supervisor may work in various environments, including indoor and outdoor facilities. The role may involve exposure to animal allergens and occasional physically demanding tasks.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
