Admin HR Executive

Looking for Admin HR Executive.
The incumbent must have bachelor’s degree in human resource management or business Management and at least 2 years of work experience as an HR Administrative Assistant, Talent Acquisition Manager, Recruitment Manager, or a similar role.
Job description
- Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests
- Updating internal databases with new hire information
- Creating and distributing guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
- Maintain and update employee records, both physical and electronic, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Help organize and execute employee training and development programs.
- Provide support for performance appraisal processes and employee feedback mechanisms.
- Assist in managing employee relations, addressing concerns, and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Manage general administrative tasks, such as handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintaining office supplies, and managing office equipment.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for employees as needed.
- Oversee office maintenance and liaise with external vendors for repairs and services.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Help maintain office security by managing access controls and visitor registrations.
- Maintain and update administrative policies and procedures for the organization.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and other regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to HR and administrative processes, including contracts, agreements, and reports.
- Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports, such as headcount, turnover, and other relevant metrics.

**QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE**
Bachelor’s/master’s degree in human resources,
Above 2 -3 years of experience in similar role
Female only with UAE experience is mandatory.
Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of personnel administration
Strong interpersonal skills, proactivity, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Fluent English in written and spoken.
Salary 3000-35000
**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
